Here’s the upside to leveling up the Fortune Finder perk: No matter what build you have, more bottlecaps to spend in the wasteland is a great thing.

You might have a character that is an excellent craftsman, but you can’t find the materials you need to craft the item. Your next move is likely to focus on Endurance and Perception with a little bit of Charisma perks, which is fine for a melee build.
